Ground level, self contained garden suite with a separate entrance in a house. I'm looking for respectful guests. The suite is within walking distance to Park Royal Mall in West Vancouver, two blocks from the bus stop to head downtown or to local mountains( Mt Seymour,Cypress and Grouse Mt.)Great skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. Also I am a 5 minute walk to Ambleside Beach. The property has a lovely view of the Lions Gate Bridge, Stanley Park and ocean. The space The separate garden suite has its own private entrance and with parking available infront of the house. It is accessible with only three steps on the walkway up to the unit. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a twin bed. Guests can also use the double sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to their own fully functional kitchen which includes a fridge, stove, blender, coffee maker, and more! There are grocery stores within walking distance from the home if you wish to pick up food and beverages to enjoy. There are many restaurants all within a couple of blocks and ambleside park is very close also park royal mall is a couple of blocks from the suite Guest access It is a fully furnished self contained suite including a kitchen. There is also an outside sitting area in the backyard which includes a patio table and chairs. It is a separate entrance. Other things to note Please be aware that I live upstairs and am looking for respectful guests to rent the separate suite. I am available if you have questions or if you want complete privacy.
