Step into our Romantic Chic & Stylish Heirloom Suite in the heart of the Old Town. This bright, well-appointed, and sparkling clean suite boasts antique decor, creating a nostalgic atmosphere. Located in a centuries-old stone house, it offers modern comfort with a retro twist and the enchantment of the past in every corner From the cozy living room to the snuggest bedroom and fully-equipped kitchen, immerse yourself in the charm of Milk Square, evoking the bygone eras of Kotor's rich history. The space Yes, you are in Kotor Old Town, in a medieval stone house, yet - in a home with modern comfort and antique decoration that will make your visit enjoyable and will let you feel the charm of the old times! The suite is located on the first floor with a separate entrance that allows full privacy. Self check-in would ease planning of your trip as you can do that even after midnight should you arrive late or leave early in the morning. Our home has all what a home must have - stylish living room, well-supplied kitchen, cosy bedroom, and separate bathroom. Queen-size bed, window shutters, wardrobe, and other important elements of our bedroom will make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Bright living room decorated with old armchairs, wardrobe, and desk will take you back to old good times! Sofa bed can be unfolded, making sleeping arrangements for 2 people. Air Conditioning unit is placed in the area between living room and kitchen thus it can cool down all the rooms in the suite during the summer. Kitchen - yes! it's a separate, very bright kitchen with dining area for 4 people, fully-equipped with whatever you could need for cooking (coffee machine, oven, stove, fridge, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, silverware, plenty of dishes etc.). Fabulous views to Milk Square open up through a window - what is quite rare in Old Town with its narrow streets! The suite is equipped with a washing machine that you can use any time - just bring some detergent:) Guest access Our house is located within medieval walls of Kotor Stari Grad, in its pedestrian part. If you travel by car, there are several parking lots - both free and paid in the vicinity of the Old Town (around 5-7 minutes walk). Our Kotor Guidebook provides locations for the most useful parking areas. The closest city gates are North Gates - just 1-2 minutes walk from our place. Entry to the house is well-lit, private entrance to the suite. Other things to note Check-in time between 3pm and 10pm, check-out is before 11am. If you need to have early check-in or late check-out, please tell us about it as we might be able to accommodate for your needs for an extra fee (although we cannot guarantee that in advance). In case of Greet & Meet after 10pm there will be an extra charge of 15€, otherwise you can use self check-in option:) From October 1 till April 30 have a breakfast option for our guests (only) in a nearby restaurant with a special rate of 6€ per person (coffee or tea + juice or milk + eggs any style or porridge or croissant) which is not included into our night rate and shall be paid directly in the restaurant. If you opt for it - please bring a breakfast card to the restaurant, you can find them in the apartment. While staying, if you need any recommendation regarding places to eat, to visit or spend your free time, we would gladly tell you. Plenty of information is already available in our Kotor Guidebook attached to the description of our home. We can also help with certain arrangements like tours and transfers. Few other things to note: 1. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (penalty for smoking inside 200€), yet you can have your cigarette either on the porch or on the terrace - enjoying the views as well! 2. Sewage system in Kotor Old Town is quite delicate and cannot cope with wet wipes, nappies, tampons (it might simply not digest it:). Also, after using the toilet, please flush generously. Tourist (sojourn) tax will be paid by private accommodation for your registration, for that you will have to provide your passport data on the check-in date. For long-term stays (longer than a month) there is a mandatory weekly cleaning service 🧹
