15 acre Retreat - warm pool, hot tub, game room +

Bring the whole gang to this great retreat with room for fun, relaxing & connecting! Heated pool with diving board, hot tub, large firepit + tons of seating, sandy volleyball court, propane grill, pond + kayaks & paddleboard, pool table, foosball, two livingrooms, huge kitchen with two fridges, two large dining tables, screened in porch with seating & dining, all on 15 private wooded acres. Pet friendly (must include in. reservation). (Pool heat is free and open mid May-Sep.) The space There's room for everyone in this ten bedroom, six bathroom secluded house. Guest access You'll have access to the entire fifteen acre space. This includes the private pond, large pool with diving board, hottub and game room, three seasoned porch, three hang out areas, huge kitchen and dining room. Other things to note There is a $250 an hour early/late check out fee. This charge will be added if the cleaning crew arrives at 10 am and you have not left or if you arrive before 5 pm. We aren't trying to be unreasonable, but managing the crew and (almost every group requesting an early check in and/or out) we have to try to control costs and staffing changes. In the off season, November thru April, early and late check outs are offered at $100 per hour. In the peak season May thru October this is not possible. Thanks for understanding!
