Nearby is Baguio Cathedral, one of Baguio's most iconic landmarks. Baguio's topnotch hospitals, and major universities are within 5 minutes walk. Right across the building is MegaTower Residences 1 that houses medical clinics, coffee shop, laundry shop, 24/7 convenience store, a restaurant, computer store, dental clinic, co-working space, and a pharmacy. For your protection, and privacy, there is a 24/7 security services within the building. Some of the security guards are stationed at the reception area while others are regularly roving the premises of the building. CCTVs are also strategically positioned in the building's common areas. Guest access Cable TV, and wifi internet connection are provided for free so you can always stay in touch with your family, and friends. You may access this condo unit via two elevators located at the ground floor of the building. Reception area is located at the lobby. Other things to note Parking space in the building is limited, and it will be on a "first-come-first served" basis. Hence, we cannot guarantee that you will be provided with a parking space when you check-in. Parking fee is P200-300 per night per parking slot. Should you wish to avail a parking space, kindly inform us in advance by providing us your car's plate number, model, and color so that we can prepare your car pass. Parking area is located at the third basement of the building. In the event that there is no available parking space within the building, we recommend that you use the parking facilities at SM Baguio. Our elevators require an access card so we will be providing you one upon entry in the building.
