Bohemian wooden house, cabin-style with all the comforts

A stone's throw from the Gulf of Morbihan, atypical wooden house with garden, wood-fired, (stove and small auxiliary heating) in the small port of Bono, overlooking the river and woods. Center 5 minutes' walk, with all amenities and doctors, local market, creperie and cafes. Walks, swimming in the Bono and Auray rivers on the coastal trails. Boat trips in the gulf are possible in summer from the port as well as canoe or paddle rentals. The space The house is built of wood, adjoining another house but totally independent, ecological in its materials. The toilet and washing machine are connected to the rainwater supply but can be supplied with city water in the event of drought. Books, movies, a piano and toys are at your disposal. The house is accessed through a wild and sloping garden. In the house, several small stairs make it impassable for people with reduced mobility and the youngest must remain under supervision. A south-facing terrace with a large umbrella, a more shaded north-facing terrace offer corners for meals and relaxation. At Easter, those who are sensitive to the cold should abstain, the house is heated with wood with the constraints that this may entail, especially for safety. Guest access Only one room remains private, and will be indicated as such. Other things to note The house can accommodate no more than 5 people.
