Spacious 3 room apartment in a quiet location with free Wi-Fi and beautiful views of Lake Constance and the Swiss mountains. Ideal for hiking, mountain biking or just to enjoy nature. The Bregenzerwald with its several ski and hiking areas is 10 minutes drive. The cities of Bregenz and Dornbirn can be reached in 15 minutes by car. You can walk to home-style inns and a small shop in 5 minutes. The space The special thing about the apartment is the great view of Lake Constance, the Vorarlberg Rhine Valley and the mountains. The 125 m² apartment is divided over 2 floors and is located in a newly built two-family house. In the lower area there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), a large kitchen-living room with island for cooking together, a bathroom and a living room area with flat-screen TV. In the upper area, the gallery, there is a sofa bed with bookshelves and a seating area with bar table and bar stools to enjoy the view. The property offers free private parking, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, fridge/TK cabinet, coffee machine and a kettle. There is a hairdryer ready in the private bathroom, towels will be provided. The house was completed in 2017, before that there was a 300 year old house. Since the renovation of the old house unfortunately did not profit, my partner and I have renovated the old furniture with a lot of love and integrated it into the apartment (Bartisch, bookshelf and lamp from old beams of the house, dresser in the living room,...) In the apartment there are 4 pictures painted by the artist Conni Holzer, who lives on the lower floor of the house. The pictures can be bought from her on request.
