Staying at the "Lahardi" Seaside House is a relaxing experience that combines characteristics of a country house and a townhouse. It is located in a central location at the city of Kissamos, near to shops and just 100m from an organized beach, but at the same time on a road with little traffic. It is an autonomous residence with garden that can accommodate up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, while there is a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, living room and a exterior shower in the yard. The space The "Lahardi" Seaside House is a fully renovated 85m2 country home on a quiet street, in a central location at the city of Kissamos. The neighbour is ideal, as the residence is close to all city's points of interest, a few meters from an organized sandy beach and on a perfect area to visit the most iconic points of western Crete (Balos, Falasarna, Elafonisi, Gramvousa, Sfinari, Paleochora, Chania). It has a perimeter garden of 300m2 with an outdoor garden set, a balcony and the property is fenced to ensure privacy. It has an unobstructed view to the sea, while it is located in a particularly quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic and a nearby playground. The residence, which was renovated completely in 2019, has all modern amentities but it retains some unique elements from the traditional furniture and architecture of the old period. These features makes the house warm and welcoming! Four guests can sleep in two bedrooms, which have double-size beds with anatomical mattresses, wardrobe, air-conditioning with cooling/heating, TV and one of them has study with ergonomic work chair. Each bedroom has two windows with soundproof and thermal insulating glass facing in different directions, shutters to ensure total light blackout and mesh panels to keep the insects out. In the living room there is a comfortable 3-seater sofa, TV and stereo, while the house has fast internet Wi-Fi access, across all areas. In the fully equipped kitchen, preparing meals is an easy and pleasant process. It has an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a number of small electrical appliances such as a coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, kettle as well as a large table for 6 people.
