Serenity Acres In El Centro, Imperial County. Single story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Fully stocked kitchen. Covered parking for 2 vehicles and we can accommodate most work trucks. Minutes away from Mexicali, NAF El Centro, Federal Courthouse and business center, and miles away from noise, congestion, and traffic. Private patio includes rocking chairs and clear view of the sunset and fields nearby. Side private patio features propane grill for autumn evenings. The space The entire home is completely yours during your stay. There is covered parking for 2 vehicles and additional off street parking. Full kitchen equipped for you to prepare your own meals. Country setting next to the city, ideal for a restful retreat, yet close to business center for those on work assignments. New flooring and furniture makes the living room super comfy with multiple reclining sections on sofa and loveseat. Smart TV in living room and each bedroom; log in to your favorite streaming service or watch the free Vizio programming. The Western Room is the largest, with queen bed and optional twin rollaway bed with an extra large bathroom including shower. The Vintage Room has a queen size bed and next door is the Braveheart room with 2 twin beds. They share the hallway bathroom which includes tub with shower. Guest access The entire house plus front and side patio are yours during your stay. BBQ is there for your use. There is a grassy area, but is not fenced. We are not able to accomodate pets of any kind. Other things to note Many guests have enjoyed morning coffee on the front patio and the morning bird song. There is space for up to 4 vehicles and the front gate offered a little extra security at night. Our driveway is off a very busy road. Please be cautious when entering or leaving. At times there are children present, so always drive very slowly in the driveway and parking area.
