There are a lot of activities nearby: Aqualand, Siam Park, Golf Las Americas and etc. The space The house is on three floors and has living area is 240 square meters (approx. 2600 sq. ft.). Up floor has a kitchen and living room with terrace. There is a fantastic view of the ocean and territory from terrace. Barbecue place is also on the terrace. The master bedroom and bedroom with 2 beds are on the second floor, also there are 2 bathrooms (both with shower cabin). On the ground floor there are: 1 bedroom, living room, 1 family bathroom (shower cabin), pool with heated water. Since villas are on the hill we have a super ocean view, on the other hand - to get home you are always climbing, that is why we recommend to rent a car (parking place inside the complex).
