Old Garden View forms part of the old stable block of the Clanna Country Estate dating back to the 1850's and as such, they combine rustic character with modern comfort. Providing an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty and history of the area while offering a warm and welcoming place to return to after a day of adventure. Guests have shared access to our games room with table tennis, table football, pool table etc Wifi can be slow The space A charming two-bedroom FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT. Access to the apartment is via an outside metal staircase. This property does not cater for pets staying, however our other properties do. All pets should be on a lead when in communal areas. We offer a unique retreat featuring rustic exposed wooden beams. The open-plan living area provides a comfortable setting for relaxation. The modern and well-equipped kitchen allows for convenient self-catering, while the two cosy bedrooms offer restful retreats after a day of exploring the surrounding woodlands. Windows frame the picturesque views over the old walled garden and the forest beyond, bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside. Onsite Games Room open daily 12pm - 10pm Clanna Ponds and Woods are within walking distance offering plenty of nice walks, cycles and picnic areas. Nearby are Lydney Golf Course, Go Ape, Cannop Cycle Centre Fishing Ponds, Horse Riding and plenty of other outdoor activities. The Towns/Cities of Chepstow, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Bristol are all within 1 hours drive. Close by there are several restaurants and takeaways and the closest town of Lydney has a few supermarkets too. There is plenty of room for parking on a gated driveway in a very safe neighbourhood. We are able to provide a lockable space for bicycles. Guest access Guests will be given an access code to a key safe for ease of self check in. Use of the games room with Table Tennis, Pool, Darts and Table football. Board games, a TV and a snug. Darts are for the use of over 16's only. Use of the games room is at your own risk. Please supervise your children here as well as everywhere else on site. Please note that this a shared space between all onsite guests and can be accessed via a separate entrance to the apartment. Opening times - noon - 10pm There is a walled garden with table and chairs for guests to relax - Dogs may be running freely in this gated area. All pets should be kept on a lead while in communal areas. Other things to note Please bare in mind that this in an upstairs apartment, with access via an outdoor staircase. Towels are included. There may be pets staying in our other properties, we ask for all pets to on a lead while in communal spaces but they can run freely inside the walled garden.
