Please review the notes before booking The space Cozy, new and independent accommodation of about 25 m² in the attic for rental use only, on the 1st floor in a property with XXL shower, toilet, kitchenette and non-private garden not overlooked on the ground floor. Very high speed WiFi. TV with Amazon TV, internet TV, NETFLIX and access to Amazon music. Clean towels, pillowcases, duvet covers and bed sheets are provided and changed before each reservation as well as shower gel. For the comfort of your sleep, a new 140 x 190 bed with a 26 cm thick memory foam mattress. A portable crib with mattress can be provided free of charge upon request. Non-smoking and non-vaping accommodation inside the listing. Guest access You will have access to your accommodation and its non-private garden as you see fit. Access to your accommodation is through the main entrance of the property The house is accessible and monitored 24/7 in the common areas. You will be able to move freely with your own set of keys. We are unable to change the cleaning fee amount on the site, the amount is the same for 1 night as for 10 or 100 nights which is a shame. The cleaning fee does not only include the cleaning of the accommodation because it is possible that some dust or other may escape us so we apologize in advance but do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem or if you need anything. Housekeeping fees also include the management and cleaning of the linens provided, the cleaning products used, etc. ***** Linens provided ***** Clean towels, pillowcases, duvet covers and bed sheets are provided for each booking and changed after each checkout.
