The approx. 30 m² bright and friendly apartment is located in the rear building of a detached house and has its own access via the garden. It consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, large desk, dining table and kitchen area as well as a bathroom. There is also a small bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed and a wardrobe. The space There is a pantry kitchen equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils (microwave, stove, sink, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, etc.) The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Guest access Use of washing machine and dryer possible at any time, always accessible. The garden with all the furniture, grill, etc. can be used. Other things to note We have a cat, but it is not allowed in the apartment under any circumstances to protect tenants who are allergic to cats. We want to protect the environment and therefore strive to save energy and other resources. We ask our tenants to support us in this - e.g. in winter, ventilate briefly and do not leave the windows tilted when the heating is running.
