We are happy to help you plan your stay The space Our house is secure on all sides, allowing you to have peace of mind for you and your children, even young children, everything is planned for them. *DESCRIPTION OF SPACES: House of 124 m2 on land of 515 m2. - Exterior: Large swimming pool (8 x 5, unheated) with a wading pool side, buoys, large deckchairs, Chilean, garden furniture, several parasols, a large gas BBQ, a shaded terrace, a bar, a bathroom with toilet, trampoline, ping pong, ball, lawn petanque, molky, children's toys... - Interior: Air conditioning in the common areas, piano, guitar, several TVs in the accommodation (Netflix, Prime, Canal) + a game console (PS4), lots of toys for children. 3 Bedrooms + 1 office: - 1 queen size bed (green room) with TV + ceiling fan (new) - 1 140 cm bed (blue room) with a portable fan - 1 mattress or child bed or crib (adjustable according to your needs) We also have the possibility to add a 2-seater intex mattress in the office. All baby amenities are available on-site upon request. The air conditioning + the different fans allow you to have a pleasant temperature at night. *GENERAL INFORMATION: - We provide you with all the basic products so that you don't have to worry about it (sheets, towels, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag, spices, oil, coffee...). - We live year-round in the accommodation, so our belongings will be present but discreet. - Our cat Harry will be present in the accommodation, he is autonomous at all levels, it will be enough to scratch him a little at the end of the day to fill him with happiness. He's used to children and he's very patient with them. - We adapt as much as possible to facilitate your arrival and departure (choice of schedule when possible) *THE VILLAGE: Our village is very pleasant and dynamic in the summer, many activities are possible on foot, including the famous Monday night market. We are 15/20 minutes from the beaches and Montpellier, 1 minute from a bakery, and 2 minutes from a super U with an excellent butcher shop. Restaurant + meal delivery service (Chinese, burger, Japanese pizza etc...) The bus that leads directly to the city center of Montpellier passes 100 m away.
