Crib if needed 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a full-size closet and desk/work space and 55' TV 3rd bedroom has a full bed with a full-size closet and TV 4th bedroom has a sofa bed OUTDOOR LIVING: Private pool, 2 lounge chairs for sunbathing, tons of outdoor space, INDOOR LIVING: Flat screen TVs featuring Roku sticks, open layout, wood fireplace, 2 formal dining tables, game room with several gameboards, and a selfie tripod. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, eat-in breakfast bar, electric stove, dishwater, Keurig coffee machine, full knife set, pots & pans, spices, cooking basics, dishware & flatware GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, laundry machines, central A/C, trash bags, paper towels PARKING: Driveway(4 Vehicles) Guest access Very safe neighborhood with a golf course and elementary school nearby.
