Monte da Guia – Local Guest House

Whe has as main activity to provide, for the tourist, accommodation with great comfort and a superb view over the Porto Pim Bay and Monte da Guia. 7 rooms, 6 twins and 1 triple, all with private bathroom, mini-bar, TV and air conditioner. Beside the rooms, the House has several common spaces: a living room, a dining room, 2 kitchens and a computer area for guests to surf the internet. There has also been created other common spaces such as laundry, pantry and patio. The space The surroundings of the Guest-House, overlooking the Porto Pim beach and Monte da Guia, inspired us creating this thematic for the house. Guests can also prepare their own meals, since the kitchen is equipped with the necessary household items and kitchen appliances. Horta Airport is located 10 minutes by car and the Maritime Terminal is only 5 minutes away. Guest access Guests have at their disposal 2 kitchens, 1 on the ground floor and another on the first floor, and also a dining room, living room with TV. During your stay We are available to help you during your stay in everything that is within our reach. Other things to note In our island there is a Hospital with many valences, among them a Hyperbaric Chamber. From the island of Faial, a boat leaves every day for the island of Pico and São Jorge, which is in the first case about 25 minutes away at a price of 3.60 € and for São Jorge about 2.25 a.m. € 15. Visiting these two islands does not imply the chek-out of our accommodation, the trips are made several times a day, thus enabling the morning and return journey at the end of the day.
