Guest access Enjoy direct access onto Ballito's promenade, great for strolling, watching surfers and dolphin or whale spotting. Clarke Bay, one of Ballito's beautiful, lifeguard attended beaches, is situated directly in front of the apartment, with many other stunning beaches (such as Grannys Pool and Willards Beach) a short walk away. Why not take a walk to Thompson's Bay to see the hole in the wall? Guests have full use of the large communal swimming pool area and serviced braai facilities within a well-maintained, secure complex. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs from the ground level parking and an additional flight from the undercover parking. The apartment is not serviced, but housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost prior to your stay. Absolutely no smoking. No noise after 10pm. Please respect your neighbours at all times. There is an assigned undercover parking bay, as well as visitors' parking bays.
