Badger's House is a spacious four bedroom cottage with a cosy wood burning stove and French doors leading onto its own enclosed garden and patio - perfect for al fresco dining and family barbecues. The cottage combines modern contemporary furnishings with added character in the form of its log burner and beautiful exposed beam ceilings. Badger's House may also be suitable for some disabled persons as it has downstairs facilities. Check out the floor plans in the photos. The space A ground floor twin bedroom and bathroom makes this an ideal choice for extended or multiple family groups. Upstairs, the three further bedrooms comprise one master suite with en suite shower room and a wonderful view of the lake, one double bedroom and a charming 'Goldilocks' style bedroom/playroom with 3 single beds and a cot. We provide all the equipment needed for little ones, a full list of what we provide can be sent to you upon request. There is loads of room for the family to explore, with views of your own land and 40 acres of private farmland, woodland walks and wildlife everywhere! There are onsite facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, games room and lake, so much to do without driving the car! Hot tubs are available by request at an additional cost. That's the magic of Libbear Barton ...so good you won't want to leave! The property shares the site with 3 other cottages. Only guests aged 21 and over may book the property. ID is required by host in advance of arrival. Guest access Heated Indoor Pool - 9-meter warm pool available for guests. - Perfect for all-weather enjoyment by both children and adults. - Available to book for 1 x 2-hour slot per day (total 4 hours per day) between 9 AM – 8 PM. (More slots if bookings allow) Soft Play -Two-level indoor play area for young children. -Features rollers, slides, puzzles, and climbing structures. -Open daily from 9 AM – 8 PM. Petting Farm -Home to miniature donkeys (Pippin & Bramley), runner ducks, chickens, guinea pigs, and rabbits. -Guests can feed animals, pet them, and collect fresh eggs. -Includes Cuddle Corner for quality time with guinea pigs and rabbits. Sauna -Located within the pool area. -Available during guests’ pre-booked pool slot. Gym -Equipped for maintaining fitness routines. -Includes elliptical trainer, fixed bike, free weights and bench, workout mat, Bosu ball, step, and resistance bands. -Accessed through the pool area. -Open daily from 9 AM – 8 PM. Games Room -Includes table tennis, pool, air hockey, darts, and table football. -Open daily from 9 AM – 8 PM. Outdoor Playground -Features a climbing tower with a lookout over the lake. Events Room (The Stables) -Beamed event space with seating for 40 people (table or theatre-style). -Adjacent catering kitchen for catering. -Free of charge when booking the entire site. The Wild Wood -Five acres of woodland for exploration and adventure. -Features include bluebells, badger’s hide, a stream, and wildlife spotting. Private Gardens -Each property includes a private garden with: -Garden furniture. -Trampolines. 40 Acres to Explore -A working farm with changing seasonal activities. -Home to a lake with ducks, geese, moorhens, and springtime hatchlings. -Nature spotting opportunities: deer, bats, barn owls, and returning swallows from Africa each spring. Hot Tub -Lay-Z-Spa inflatable hot tub available on request. -Additional cost – please enquire. There are onsite facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, games room and lake. These facilities are shared with the 3 other cottages on site. The pool and sauna area operates on a booking system, you are able to book one 2hr slots each day. The games room, soft play and gym all open at 9am and close at 8pm and no booking is required.
