1 Bed House, 30 Seconds to Maenam Beach, Koh Samui

My place is extremely close to the beach, restaurants, beach bars and activities. You’ll love my place because of the location and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. The space The house is in a typical Thai Style, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a balcony with table & chairs with a large glass sliding door that leads to the sitting room, where you will find an arm chair, sofabed, coffee table and a wall mounted fan. There is a smart flat screen TV with a Netflix account included. The Bedroom is air conditioned with a queen sized bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers. The kitchen is quite large compared to the rest of the house & is fully equipped with hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware, glassware, crockery & cutlery. The simple bathroom has what you need, including wash hand basin and hot water shower. High Speed Wi-Fi is available throughout There is parking in front of the house for 1 car.
