A cosy flat located in the city centre by the seaside. It lies within a well kept Residence, with limited car traffic in the summertime evenings. This is the ideal location for a relaxing and laid-back holiday.Beach umbrella with 2 chaise longue and hot shower on the beach are included in the price. There are 3 bicycles for you included in the price The space As guests, you will be able to use the beach umbrella and two beach loungers for free; they are located in the Residence's Beach Chalet, that can be reached in two minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can opt for a cycle ride on the beach promenade: two bicycles will be provided from us. The apartment is composed by a bright and large lounge room with a balcony; a cosy kitchen providing everything for a rich breakfast (including an espresso machine); a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a twin bunk bed; a bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine/tumble dryer. All these rooms have windows. Guest access The flat will be entirely let to you; you will find anything you need (beach towels, bathroom and kitchen linen). Other things to note From one of the Residence gates you ill be able to access to the main street of Villarosa. Here, you will find local restaurants, cafes selling homemade patisserie, ice cream parlours, and a great sushi bar. In a couple of minutes from the flat (on foot), you will find a children playground and a Tourism Office,where you can ask for information on the events nearby or/and where you can book tickets for field trips. Alba Adriatica, the neighbouring village famous for its nightlife, can be reached on foot or by bike across a wooden bridge, from which you can hear the frogs croaking underneath. The bicycle lane that links Villarosa to Alba Adriatica comes also in handy if you are looking for a longer bicycle ride: you can reach Martinsicuro (northern direction) or you can cycle southward and reach Tortoreto and Giulianova. Ideal for fitness lovers! For tennis enthusiasts, there are a couple of clay courts near the flat. They can be booked by phone. Finally, for dance lovers, there is a chalet that offers dancing nights every evening in the summer.
