In addition to two comfortable double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), there is an extra bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with six chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and many other extras. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a toilet. Satellite TV as well as Netflix and free Wi-Fi are provided. Extra bed, crib and high chair available on request. Two parking spaces for your cars are at your disposal free of charge. The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building built in 2018, where several families with children live. Please note that no pets are allowed. This is also a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is allowed outside. The apartment is very centrally located. The apartment is a wonderful starting point for excursions on foot, by bike or car. The city bus stop with half-hourly connection is a minute away. Lake Constance can be reached within minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find a bakery, grocery store, drugstore, several inns, pharmacy, banks, children's playgrounds, golf course and a thermal bath.
