One of the most spacious home stays spread over a sprawling 7500 sft building amidst a 4 acre property of mixed plantation like coffee, cardamom, arecanut, pepper etc. with a lazy perennial river in its boundary. Offers absolute privacy from noise, pollution or neighbours. About 4 kms from nearest town but quickly accessible by your own vehicle or auto rickshaws.Vehicle can come upto doorstep with ramp for those who would not to climb three steps. I am available to talk a lot, should you need!! The space SHOULD YOU NEED MORE THAN SIX BEDS, CHECK OUT OUR SEPARATE LISTINGS FOR DORM TYPE ACCOMODATION FOR FIVE OR AN EXCLUSIVE EXECUTIVE SUITE FOR THREE GUESTS IN SAME PROPERTY. A small library for book worms or a hammock for the lazier! You may paint, meditate, laze around, sit by the river letting the fishes clean your sole for free or read or write or simply chill out. Time stands still here. Please have a pair of home slippers to walk inside the house. Guest access The living room, the central courtyard and dining area, the porch, the veranda are all shared spaces. During your stay I'm generally around when my guests come. You will need me to show you around the property!! Other things to note Request guests to have a pair of house slippers and a trekking shoes if you plan going sight seeing. As Wayanad is a hilly terrain, a little amount of trekking is inevitable. Breakfast & meals have to be planned in advance. We will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
