Our place is in a quiet, peaceful area, located on a large lot with plenty of areas to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We are located near great restaurants, shops and the lovely beach. Easy access street parking. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave, along with daily water and snack/breakfast bar offered. Registration # AirBnb: PRP23-01406 The space Private bedroom, with private bath for our guests, located on 2nd floor. Easy access street parking. Entry for our guests is a semi-private back entrance, through laundry room where you can leave your shoes, just into the kitchen area where you will immediately go upstairs to your room. There is a hallway area with kitchenette just outside your bedroom, and near your private bathroom. We can be available for questions, directions etc. Very comfortable queen bed, extra pillows available. Guest access Large back yard area and sun deck are common spaces, and you will be entering through the back of the house, upper deck, through the laundry/utility room. Once inside, consider leaving your shoes in laundry area or remove and carry them with you. You will enter into kitchen area, then immediately upstairs to your private bedroom, next to your kitchenette area. No access to the washer and dryer located in the utility room. There is a nearby laundry mat, 2-3 minutes walking distance. During your stay We can be available for questions, directions, etc. Other things to note We do not allow use of our washer and dryer. We will launder sheets and towels once weekly for those that are staying longer than 1 week. There is a laundry mat very close by for those needing to wash clothing, it is about 2 -3 minutes walking. Please do not wear shoes in the house. We appreciate if you turn off lights, air conditioning/heating when not in use and/or leaving your room/space; and being mindful of water conservation.
