MaeSon's Place beside Robinsons (Wi-Fi, Smartlock)

This home is never too far from all the places you have to be, it's just beside Robinson's Magnolia mall (2 minute walk) and very near to Araneta Center Cubao & Greenhills Shopping Center. My studio type unit is located in Tower 1 of Pine Crest condominium. It is along Aurora Boulevard corner Balete Drive. The space My condo unit is located on the ground floor of the building for easy access from the amenities area. As you look through the window you can see the playground, basketball court, and the clubhouse where the swimming pool is located. The unit is furnished with bath, mini kitchen and dining necessities, a comfortable semi double bed with orthopedic mattress, and a long sofa bed for a cozy living area. Guest access Make yourself at home and use whatever you need. Here's the list of the appliances & things inside the unit: aircon, ceiling fan, TV, abs-cbn tv plus (local tv channels only), hot/cold shower, bidet, refrigerator, small stove, rice cooker, oven toaster, electric kettle, complete kitchen utensils, plates, cups & cutlery, dining table set, sofa bed & a semi double sized bed. Handsoap, dishwashing soap, bath soap, tissues and 2 towels will be provided. Please bring your own toothbrush and shampoo. You can also access the clubhouse (amenities building) which contains the swimming pool, billiards room and administration office. Use of the swimming pool is P100 per guest. Please proceed to the admin office to settle the payment. The swimming pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance cleaning. Other things to note Each of the guests are required to submit a copy of the following at least 1 day before they check-in : 1. Government-issued ID 2. Contact Tracing Information (phone number and address) Also TAKE NOTE as of the moment, there is NO Available PARKING inside the condo premises.
