The house is divided in three parts and they are very independents connected only from the garden. In the main house there is a a spacious living room, one bed room (king size bed) .The other parts has one room each (queen size bed) and bathrooms. The house has two accesses, a swimming pool Bio design in the garden. In the living room there is a kitchen, a fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. A flat-screen TV is provided. This property is 4 minutes walking from the beach. Situated only a 13-minute walk from Ibiza port, casa Klod is a holiday home attractively set in the centre of Ibiza Town The holiday home, set in a reform dating from 2012, it's 1 km from the Dalt Vila and provides free WiFi. Casa Klod features a garden and sun terrace, and nice Seaview which can be enjoyed by guests Stunning garden view from the room Outdoor shower/ hot tub. The house is walking distance from several amazing beaches where you can do a lots of water sports. This house is perfect for a family with children or for couples. It is a no-smoking house and is not suitable for pets. Guest access All the Comune areas are in use from the same group of guests. Other things to note The house is ibicenco style and has been recently restored. For the security of the guests there are surveillance cameras around the house. Nearby there are beautiful views of the city and the sea .
