"Cosy" warm and quiet apartment near the center

Heart of the city, facing a beautiful green space, the apartment is located in a secure residence with elevator. The castle and its park are just a stone's throw away. Close to Bagnoles-de-l'Orne, Clecy, Suisse Normande or Caen (50 min). The accommodation has: kitchenette, living area, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) with private shower room and separate toilet. Small balcony. Outdoor parking within the residence. Note: a 140 bed available. The living room area is not to be used for sleeping. The space Apartment well supplied with indirect lighting, which makes it a "cocoon" place but it does not support smoking, on the other hand its balcony does not see any inconvenience! No laundry should be dried outside (balcony and windows), or on the radiators. Thank you. Guest access The apartment will be fully accessible to you, but our animal friends, as much as they are loved, are not welcome.
