Beautiful and modern family beach home located in a prime position within walking distance to the local Blairgowrie shops and 800m from the front beach which is an easy stroll. Very peaceful place to stay with everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. The space Beautiful and modern family beach home featuring a family/living/dining area with air-conditioning opening onto a entertaining/decking garden area with a spa, this area is completely private and has a beautiful feel to it, the kitchen has butlers pantry with a separate sink. The 2nd living area offers a pool table (supervision needed if children are using this). 4 bedrooms, with built-in robes, bedroom 1 has air-conditioning, bedroom 2 and 3 have ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms, & laundry. Parking off road for 4 cars in the driveway. Our home is very comfortable and in as new condition with no clutter. Other things to note If you wish we can provide bed linen, sheets, top and bottom and pillow cases. Towels, beach towels, personables and toiletries ARE NOT provided for. Pets/animals are NOT permitted on our property. Our property is NO SMOKING. There is aircon in the main family/living area & master bedroom, bedroom 2 and 3 have a ceiling fan. If you wish to use the coffee machine it is the Nespresso Vertuo and you will need to provide the correct pods.
