Other things to note FAQ’s - Frequently Asked Questions Garage Height 8’ - If your vehicle is over height, the public side of our garage gate (part of the Town Plaza Public Parking) is 12’2 and allows for overnight pay parking Additional Vehicles - Please see the front desk in the Deer Lodge, they will issue a pass and receive payment Early Arrivals - Please message when you are close to Whistler, we’ll check with housekeeping and will let you know as soon as it’s ready! Our parking spot will not be available until the unit is ready. Late Arrivals - Our check in system is automated and there is no problem with late arrivals ! Luggage Storage - Our front desk, located in the Deer Lodge, offers luggage storage. Bike Storage - The shared bike room is located in our underground and can be accessed with the building fob. We can allow high end bikes in the unit if they are clean and dry and efforts are taken to be cautious of elevator, hallways and unit walls! This is very important to us for bikes to be allowed! Hot Tub - The shared hot tub is accessed with the building fob and is located in the Eagle Lodge. The hours are 10am to 10pm. This unit is in the Deer Lodge, The Eagle Lodge is adjacent and accessed from outside the building.**Note closure dates in description** What’s Included - Just as a hotel unit, our beds are made up with pillows, linens and covers. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and more are provided in the bathroom. dinnerware and cookware, along with kitchen basics, like olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee and tea are provided in the kitchen.
