The Olive Tree Villa, is a deluxe 2 bedroom house with private pool and garden, set in a private and quiet location on top of the hills of La Misere, offering spectacular views of the capital Victoria and the Indian Ocean. The villa is very spacious and fully equipped with modern kitchen, spacious lounge, terrace and bedrooms, outdoor dining, satellite tv, separate laundry, 2 balconies perfect for a group getaway. The space The property is located close to lush green forests. Guests can lie by the pool and see wild birds flying by. being situated in the middle of the main island it means guests can visit all parts of the island within 30 minutes drive. A mini market is located across the road. The place is safe and secure and very quiet and cooler than other parts of the island especially at night. There are no mosquitoes in the area as there are no rivers or marsh. Guest access The is private drive and access road and private parking outside the villa. Guests can use the laundry and utilities room, all areas of the villa including patios and balconies which are their private spaces, the big garden and private pool and bbq area, the parking spaces for cars. They can also visit the tortoise pen and bio farm at main residence and children may use the big trampoline under parents supervision. Other things to note We arrange a rented car and the owner meets the guests at port or airport if required and guides them to the property also assisting with luggage if required. Cars are then dropped at the airport or port. In view that we do not take commission from the rental company the rates are better than other car hires. We can provide guests with breakfast or dinner upon request. The meals are prepared inhouse or at the main residence. We also help with tours on land and by boat thro our designated licenced operators.
