A full chef’s kitchen, in-unit laundry, comfortable workspace area, excellent couch and great light. We’re set up to host guests for 30 days or more. Our apartment is located in the lower level of a historic home, with a private entrance and stairs to access. Other things to note Book for a little longer! Portland has high short term occupancy taxes. Any booking you make of 30 days or less will be hit for the full STR tax amount so I recommend booking for 31 days even if you aren't intending to stay the entire time. The amount you save in taxes can be substantial.
