Barcelona's entire and typical apartment

Please note that this apartment is not available for tourism holidays. It's for people that comes to work or to study. Apartment with a great atmosphere and nice decoration. You will have all the utilities available: Wifi, TV, washing machine, kettle, dressing room... The district, Poblenou, is a well connected area, with a 5 minutes train station, several buses and bicycles. Furthermore, it's 8 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Arc de Triomf and 20 minutes to Sagrada Familia. The space In the building, there are three floors. In the first, lives my grandmother and, in the second floor, the apartment where you'll stay equipped with: - A room with a king size bed. - A private bathroom with WC and a shower. - A living room with a sofa, a TV and a bunk bed. - A kitchen with a dining room, and a washing machine. - A room with a closet Guest access You will have full access of the apartment: your own kitchen, a living room, a dressing room, a bathroom, one bedroom with a king size bed and two bunk beds. Please note it's on a 2nd floor place, without elevator! Other things to note Check in hours are from 15h to 22h. It's not allowed to check-in after 22h. During the first two weeks of September, if you want to sample all the hopping nightlife, you’re in for a treat: My house is downtown within walking distance to the neighborhood party. Please note, however, that this means it can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. If you’re noise sensitive, bring earplugs.
