The 85m² - guestappartement in a sublime area, close to the forest is situated in a historiv villa; it has a seperate entrance. The 100 year old house was former owned by the Böhler-family. The famous painter Hans Böhler, the sculptor Franz Müllner, or illustrious Lisa Lanett, grand doughter of Archduke Otto (father of the last Austrian emperor) were celebrity guests in the villa. The space The sleeping room with 25m² is equipped with a new double bed 180cm and antique furniture. The new kitchen owns a dishwasher, a stove, a baking oven, also an antique cupboard; on original Thonet - chairs you can enjoy your breakfast. Guest access the whole appartement is exclusively available for our guests; the host will sometimes pass by to water the plants in the wintergarden Other things to note The municipality of Baden levies a tourist tax per person (min 15 years) and night at the price of € 3,10; we have to take in cash from our guests.
