The spacious country house with garden, balcony and decks exudes the charm of a cottage. The brick house is centrally located on the Beerenobsthof, framed by trees and shrubs. The furnishings are dignified, cozy and, above all, authentic, so you can feel like you are on vacation with grandmother in the countryside. What's special about this cottage: a real home is offered as an accommodation where everyone discovers their favorite place and some surprises. The space With attention to detail, we revived Grandma Brunhildes home after the house was without a fixed purpose for a few years. This includes not only their dishes and table and bath linens, but also their beloved gossip newspaper next to the doll on the sofa, the orchids in front of the windows, the red wine and the chocolates on the parlor table to the scented bags in the linen cupboard and the perfume soap in the bathroom. In the kitchen, the corner bench invites you to merg, with memories of Christmas roasts for the whole family. Only really converted rooms are the former youth room upstairs, which we converted into a small tea and reading room, and the dining room on the ground floor - now a bedroom with access to the accessible bathroom. The highlight: The new layout has created a separate suite (living room-bedroom bathroom) inside the house. On 2 floors there are 2 bathrooms (shower and bath), living room, 4 bedrooms (including 3 double, 1 single), kitchen, guest toilet and storage room. One of the bedrooms and shower room is accessible. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Washing machine can be used in the annex. Despite the location in the middle of the farm, it is generally very quiet, during the harvest time (July – October), machine, vehicle, or pump noises (e.g. irrigation) must be expected.
