Meadow View is a barn conversion situated on the outskirts of Georgeham with stunning open valley views. Within easy walking distance you'll find 2 dog & child friendly pubs, both with a great atmosphere, a warm welcome and serving great food plus a shop. About a mile to Croyde, several more eateries and of course the beach. Putsborough beach is also about a mile away(car park pass provided)with Woolacombe & Saunton beaches a little further.More shops available in nearby Braunton and Barnstaple. The space Meadow View is a light and airy barn conversion. Our accomodation comprises an open plan vaulted ceiling living/dining area with reclaimed oak dining table and bench, leather chairs, comfy three seater sofa and chair, wood burning stove (1 x basket of logs provided October-March) freesat smart tv, DVD player with a selection of DVD’s and double patio doors which open out onto your private enclosed south facing garden with amazing views! Two steps lead down to a fully equipped kitchen with small dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and a wall mounted small smart freesat tv with built in DVD player and both rooms have wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and under bed storage. All of the beds have luxurious comfort cushioning memory foam mattresses and both bedrooms have blackout blinds, for a peaceful night sleep. The bathroom has bath with shower over and a shaver socket. Some sockets have USB charger ports. Meadow View has wireless internet access, full central heating and is double glazed. There is a fully enclosed (perfectly safe for dogs and children) secluded south facing garden with amazing uninterrupted views, patio furniture, outside tap with hose, storage shed (with bbq April-September, 2 x reclining sun loungers, parasol with base) and rotary washing line (pegs included). It is accessed via a private gate with parking for two cars (2max). The parking area only, is covered by CCTV which monitors our driveway. EV charger available, payable locally depending on use. Access is via a key safe. Well behaved dogs (2max). Our change over days are Fridays during the school summer holidays, and a minimum of 7 nights during this time, 2-6 nights available the rest of the year. Minimum of 4 nights Christmas/New Year and no check in on Christmas Day or Boxing Day. A Putsborough beach car park pass is available for the duration of your stay. Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire property and the enclosed garden. Other things to note EV charger available, payable locally depending on kWh used via the myenergi app.
