Full kitchen with full-size appliances, queen bed, glass-door shower, washer and dryer, and your own porch and yard. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 14 minutes. Downtown Bryson City and Sylva are each about 13 minutes. Right off 441, so getting anywhere is quick. The location is convenient, the bed is comfortable, and the coffee maker is ready when you are. The space Step outside and you've got a porch with seating and a yard to yourself. Morning coffee out there with the mountain air is a good way to start the day. The kitchen is the part that surprises people for a space this size. Full-size appliances, real cookware, and enough room to actually use it. Make breakfast before heading out, or keep it easy with leftovers after a day on the trails. The washer and dryer inside are the kind of thing you don't think about until you've been hiking or tubing and want clean clothes before the drive home. You'll hear traffic from the porch and possibly faintly inside. A fan and white noise machine are provided. ​ Moisture Control: A new roof and dehumidifier have been added to manage moisture in the mountain climate. Please keep the dehumidifier running during your stay. ​ Porch Access: There are a few steps up to the porch without a handrail. Something to keep in mind when packing or if mobility is a concern. ​ The Property: Lady Luck has its own driveway, porch, yard, and parking area. There is a separate driveway on the property with two other tiny homes on it. One of those cabins sits above Lady Luck and can see parts of the yard, more so in fall and winter when the leaves are down. ​ Designed for Two: This home is built for two guests. Not suitable for children or infants. ​ Bed: The mattress is on the softer side. Worth knowing if you prefer firm.
