Your home away from home. This is the perfect setting for solitude seekers and nature lovers. My home is a sun drenched haven in the woods. Welcome to Pine Bush, a quick trip from the city, by car, an hour and a half away. Also accessible by train to the Middletown stop and a quick cab ride. Much closer than Kingston or Woodstock and even more peaceful and relaxing. Enjoy the outdoors or veg out inside with beautiful antiques and movie props. Tv’s and electronics are all modern. Beautiful and peaceful setting, large spacious house. Great natural light, green and lush exterior. Walking distance to Shawanagunk Kill, swim and fish. Fifteen minutes to Angry Orchard, ten minutes to JW Headquarters, twenty five minutes to New Paltz, thirty five minutes to Storm King, fifteen minutes to Middletown for shopping, movies, etc. Hannaford grocery store ten minutes away, in “town” of Pine Bush. Several great restaurants along the main street area in the town of Pine Bush. •Entire house •On days I can accommodate you, I offer a late check out option at 4pm for an additional $40. •A phone call away, I live nearby and am always more than glad to give tips and help in any way possible. Thank you so much!! •Visit Angry Orchard for craft ciders and a lovely 100 acre apple orchard. •Christopher Jacobs Winery, a mile away. Beautiful outdoor setting, live music on weekends and great local wines all spun together by a lovely local man. Highly recommended, and a very close country drive away. •Roosa Gap State Park, a seven minute drive away. Take a walk along the mountain crest and check out the lay of the land. This park is free, never crowded and plenty of parking. •Various farmer’s markets, Rooted in Love farm stand on Jansen Rd. and Soon’s Orchard is a favorite of mine, about 20 minutes away. They sell fresh cider doughnuts, farm raised meats and dairy, and you can even pick your own apples! -Favorite restaurants in Pine Bush are Hoot Owl, Bistro Mexique, Long Street Tavern, Pine Bush Deli and Larry’s. -GRUBHUB is available -I do have neighbors, although nobody is on top of each other. Please be respectful always, keeping noise levels down especially at night . Thank you in advance! A car is best, but we do have spotty UBER service. Cab companies that do run in the area are Syndicate and B&D taxi. •Please only use the toilet paper provided, as the house was built in 1820 so septic issues could arise with the thicker ply toilet paper. I can always supply more if need be. •The house runs on well water so I would recommend drinking the bottle water provided for you. There will be plenty of bottles cold and ready for you in the fridge. For cooking, the tap water is fine to use.
