Very nice apartment located in Nice. You will appreciate the modern and pleasant side of our accommodation and its ideal location, in the heart of Old Nice, a few steps from the sea. 1 queen size bed, 1 single bed and 1 double bed are at your disposal. You will be close to the pedestrian streets of Vieux-Nice and the seaside. - Apartment very well decorated, luminous and with a beautiful height under the ceiling. Very beautiful volumes! - Easily accessible. - Fully equipped, linens, towels, vanity kits and few coffee capsules will be provided. Other features to consider:  - The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, only accessible by stairs. - The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning but you will have at your disposal fans, perfect for hot summer days! - You will have a set of keys at your disposal.  Housing:  You will appreciate my accommodation for its standing and its ideal location in the heart of Nice.  The apartment can accommodate 6 people and is located on the 3rd floor without a lift.  To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal :  - A living room with beautiful volumes: sofa, coffee table, high counter with stools. - A well-equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Access to the balcony. - A first beautiful bedroom: queen size bed. - A second well-appointed bedroom: double bed. - A third sleeping area on the mezzanine equipped with a bed on the floor - A neat bathroom: shower cubicle, washbasin, mirror, toilet.
