Your space is an upstairs suite closed off from the rest of the house. Nice screened porch and deck which overlooks the woods for coffee or a glass of wine! Uber and Lift are available and you are 3 minutes max from the grocery store. Two YMCA's are available (one with a pool) each 8 minutes away. If you are not a member I will arrange for you to be my guest. Thank you! During your stay You can have all of the privacy you want in your room and the bonus room. I am often available to answer any questions or make suggestions on places to visit in Winston. Wonderful city with much to offer! Self-check-in: The keypad is on the service door beside the garage which is where you park. The code (sent to you arrival day), press the upper black button downwards and pull the pad outwards to get the key inside. Bring it all in after you let yourself in and a key will be on the kitchen counter for you to keep while you are here. Your room: upstairs and straight ahead. The bathroom is to the left after you go through your door to your suite, and your bedroom is to the right. A bonus room is straight ahead if you have any time to sit around. TV provided upstairs upon request. Share Kitchen: If you want to cook just let me know the times and I will work around your schedule. Self-serve coffee (decaf and regular) . Half and half in the fridge as well as juice for bagels or Ezekiel bread (2 kinds in the freezer) Cereal and oatmeal out on the counter. Please feel free to eat any other items (coffee cake or other), Let me know if you need anything else. Bedroom: extra pillows, blankets, and fan provided. Feel free to set the temperature to your liking. The thermostat only controls the upstairs. Please feel free to make yourself comfortable. Bathroom: open drawers to find any items you may have forgotten. Bonus room: Ironing board set up. Iron is in the closet in the hall hanging on the door. Let me know if you need anything else! Enjoy your trip! Other things to note Close to the downtown arts district, 10 minutes to Wake Forest, Winston Salem State, UNCSA, 5-10 minutes to Hanes Mall, Reynolda Village. I appreciate keeping noise to a minimum which by the way is easy to do since your suite can be shut off from the rest of the house and is on the opposite side of the house from mine and upstairs. The only contact we have to have is the shared kitchen.
