No matter what the season, you will find truly amazing beauty! The space The house has ample parking and can be entered through the garage which has a keypad entry system. It has a wide open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths conveniently located on the main level. Luxury vinyl hardwoods are throughout. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with indoor seating for 10 or more. There is an additional refrigerator in the garage. The master bedroom & bath are very comfortably sized with double sinks, a large 2 head shower, jacuzzi tub & walk in closet. There is Wifi, 2 smart TVs, games & puzzles for your indoor entertainment. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. There is ample parking in front of the house as well as parking for 1 car inside the garage. There is an expansive deck on the beach side of the house with outdoor seating and dining. There are stepping stones that lead you to the swing set, play structure, fire pit and of course the beach! We leave a picnic table on the beach for the kids to enjoy their lunch or treats. We do recommend that you bring water shoes due to the ever changing shoreline. If you have plans at some point to travel with a large group, 17 people+, the 2 houses are available to rent together, provided of course, they are both available.
