Caliraya Lake Front Resort

Caliraya Lake Front Resort, (formerly Casa Amore ) is a secluded rest house at the center of Caliraya Lake which at the top of the Sierra Madre Mountain. We only accept one set of guests per booking making it a very private place to relax, unwind, bond with the family or simply enjoy nature at its best. The house is at the tip of a peninsula with high ceiling, designed with an open space concept with wrap around windows to give you a front seat view of the pristine lake and the forest. The space The Lake Front Resort is a three storey rest house on top of the hill with a commanding view of the lake. Upon entering the house, you will see the cozy living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, lounging day beds, veranda and entertainment room. The functional fireplace will keep you warm from the cool Amihan winds that blow from the Pacific Ocean during the months of November to March. An open veranda with sun parasols, tables and chairs is ideal for breezy lunches, romantic candlelight dinner or late night stargazing chats . Overlooking the veranda is an infinity pool with a gazebo. 3 aircon bedrooms are located on the ground and one on the second floor. Thirty meters away is a private pier where guests can swim or launch 12 kayaks, and 2 paddle boards. We can out source jet skis, boat houses and bancas upon the guests request. The resort provides life vests to all ages. The house has various indoor games like chess, billiards, mahjong and poker tables, darts, sungka, foosball, jenga, twister and word games. The owners collection of eclectic items, furniture and antiques will further amuse you during your stay. Guest access Guests are allowed to bring in only one car into the subdivision for emergency purpose. The rest of the guests park their cars in Lagos del Sol which has a huge private and guarded parking lot. Guests will be treated to a 15 minute boat ride from the parking lot to the resort. The boat has a capacity of 14 pax including luggages. Parking for two cars and the boat ride are free. A 5 minute uphill walk from the pier to the house leads to the main floor which was designed with an "open space concept". Three airconditioned bedrooms are two flights downstairs. Each room has its own toilet and bath with hot water. The fourth bedroom is on the second floor with ceiling fans. We provide a loadable PLDT HOME WIFI with 100GB of data. Guests who will require higher data will have to load on their own. in case of brownouts, a 27kva silent generator powers the lights, kitchen appliances and water heaters.. Other things to note The Lake Front is a secure place, only private cars of residents and confirmed guests are allowed by the guards to enter Sierra Lakes Subd. A second guard house will only allow one car to enter the private community. The house is 4 kilometers away from the Cavint-Caliraya National Highway. Restaurants are 3 kms away from the subdivision. The nearest wet market and supermarkets are in Lumban. Guests are advised to bring all the food and drinks they need. The kitchen is properly equipped with an upright freezer, refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, hot and cold water dispenser, kitchenware, pot and pans and dinnerware. We provide free mineral water, towels and beddings. Guests are requested to bring their own toiletries, charcoal for grilling and condiments for cooking.
