My space is close to the beach, Pão de Açúcar, Shopping Rio Sul, close to Ipanema, Leblon, excellent and famous restaurants; close to the Copacabana Palace, next to the Hilton Hotel, 800 meters from the subway and with access to all the buses that will take you anywhere in Rio de Janeiro, including Galeão Airport. Guest access Access to almost the entire apartment, except for the other bedrooms. The entire apartment is 90m2 and has 1 small living room, a fully equipped kitchen (neither large nor small) with a table for 1 person, 1 large social bathroom with gas hot water, 1 service bathroom with electric shower and toilet, separate social and service entrances. The service area has 1 washing machine and tank, a large window and all cleaning supplies. The social entrance has an electronic doorman and the service entrance has a concierge, with a 24-hour doorman. There are no restrictions on the time to enter and exit the building or the apartment. During your stay I live in the same apartment. I am self-employed and, therefore, I am at home a lot, at your disposal to help you throughout your stay. Other things to note - The monthly amount is for only 1 person. For couples, the price increases. Please consult - The room is very small but has a trundle bed (however, for two people it is very tight). It's really just a place to sleep. - I have 2 more rooms for rent in the house. One for up to 4 people and one for 2 people, in addition to my room. Therefore, there will be more guests in the house during your stay. - I have a dog at home often. Sometimes I need to be away for a few days.
