Another private room with comforts of home!

My second room on offer in my large home has a double bed and all you need for a decent night's rest about 8 minutes drive to the Bathurst CBD. You could also walk into town & enjoy local restaurants aplenty or catch the bus down the corner of my street. Welcome. The space One double bed room with a desk and wardrobe, ceiling fan & heater. UVPC double glazed windows for all year round comfort. Close to town & the university. I have a wood fire for winter and a great air conditioner as well. Come & sit to watch tv in the shared lounge & enjoy coffee from my Breville machine or tea in the afternoon sunshine out on the front patio. It's just lovely to sit out on the back deck with a drink and check out the views to Mount Panorama. There is street parking or maybe on my front lawn. Tea & coffee supplied and some breakfast provisions to get you started. My other listing is a queen bedroom & if it is booked the bathroom would be shared.
