Apartment "La Place" is a 50m2 fully-equipped apartment in the centre of Samoëns village just off the main square. It has two bedrooms, galley kitchen, one bathroom. Modern, comfortable, clean and cosy. Small balcony with great views over "Le Criou" mountain and its majestic peak on the right and the village square and church on the left. A perfect base for your winter holiday (10 minutes' walk from the bottom of the main ski lift) or summer mountain adventures! The space The apartment comfortably sleeps six people. It has two good-sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and bunk beds. Very functional fully-equipped galley kitchen with a full-size oven, cooker, full-size fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Large living room with two comfortable sofas one of which can fold out as a double sofa bed if needed, and a dining table that can seat six. The bathroom has a shower over a bathtub. There are also a washing machine and drying racks in the apartment. Off the living room is a small balcony with table and great views over the mountains and village square. Perfect for your morning coffee or apéro at the end of the day. You will also have access to a lockable secure storage unit in the basement of the building for skis and other sports equipment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor so not a huge climb to be made after a full day on the slopes or summer outdoor activities. Parking is available in any one of the many free or paid car parks all within five minutes' walk of the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is available to our guests and you also have access to a secure storage unit located in the basement of the building which has plenty of room for bikes, ski equipment.. etc. Other things to note Registered with the Mairie de Samöens. Air BnB does not allow us to display the registration number on the site. Please contact us if you would like it. Note that the apartment is just across from the church.
