Merrigum Bed and Breakfast

A modern fully self contained unit attached to our 1940's style farmhouse in a rural setting situated one hour from both the Great Ocean Road and Grampians national park and ten minutes from Hamilton. A private entrance and garden with sweeping rural views makes a tranquil home away from home. It has a reverse cycle air conditioner, free wifi, television, DVD player, microwave, pod coffee machine and barbecue . The space Fully self contained with light breakfast provisions, Coeliac/gluten free diet options with seperate toaster and all gluten free condiments on request. Guests are most welcome to use courtyard area or relax on the private deck and garden. Guest access Guests have their own private unit attached to our house. Access is via a seperate entrance adjacent to the guest’s car parking. The unit has a private deck where you can sit, look over the paddocks to Mount Napier and watch the sunset. Guests are free to wonder around the garden and the remainder of our 40 acre property.
