This fresh, clean home is located on a quiet court with large windows and beautiful views. It features THREE full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite, and private balcony. Two bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs. The open kitchen includes a breakfast bar for quick meals. The living room leads to a private lanai with lounge chairs and dining space. Enjoy resort amenities, waterslides, and a short walk to Old Town, Fun Spot, shops, and restaurants. The space Only 3 miles to the gates of Disney, walking distance to the main HWY 192 for shops, restaurants, groceries. The resort is next door to Old Town/Fun Spot, which offers all day fun fo all ages. Our homes does have exterior camera's. Activities such as car/bike cruise nights, go carts, rides and entertainment. Sea world / Discovery Cove are 8 miles and Universal / Islands of Adventure 13 miles. Kennedy Space Center is 68 miles and the nearest beach 70 miles. Spend a day lounging the Regal Oaks community with the large swimming pool, hot tub and two water slides. Our community restaurant is next to the pool for all your snacks/drinks. Have an early morning workout at the fitness centre, or play a game of tennis at our private tennis court. Regal Oaks is a top rated resort community, designed with families in mind. Regal Oaks is located one block from the main 192 (Bronson Memorial), which offers loads of restaurants, shops and stores. Most are within walking distance. We are approx 2 miles to Interstate 4, which is the throughway north and south connecting you with all the attractions Kissimmee/Orlando offer. Less then 10 minutes up the highway is the Premium Outlet mall, and another 10 minutes north of that is Universal Studios and Adventure Island. The gates to the Disney compound are on the 192, just 3 miles from Regal Oaks. We are located just 40 minutes to Cocoa Beach and 1.5hrs to Clearwater Beach. We are a couple blocks (easy walk) to the local bus system (On Bronson Memorial/192) which can take you around the Kissimmee area. Located within the Old Town attraction next to us is a Budget and Avis rental company if you should choose a rental car. Minimum booking age is 25 A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival. Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund. We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal. There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs. Other things to note Our resort community and surrounding area offers loads of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Within the gated community, we have tennis/pickleball courts, large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and may more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar so you don’t have to worry about trekking back to your house for munchies. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a fitness center and convenience store for those last minute items.
