This small house, completely restored, is a small paradise located in a historic area of Fondettes near the Loire. Fully restored, we currently offer a single room with a double bed, an ultra-modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, stove). The main room has a fireplace. Guest access The house is accessible from the street by a staircase carved into the rock, or by an external staircase. A public parking lot located at the foot of the house allows easy parking. This parking lot includes 2/3 spaces as well as a disabled space. Just to the left of the disabled parking space, there is always the possibility to park a medium-sized vehicle (Mercedes B-Class type) on a small triangular area. In case your vehicle is too large, you'll also have the option to park along the wall in front of the entrance to the tithe barn. A bike path has recently been built along the Loire, it allows you to reach TOURS from Port Vallières safely (7 km). Other things to note To use the Wi-Fi in the living room, connect to "NETGEAR". This network is provided by a repeater located next to the Hi-Fi channel, also offering the possibility to directly connect a computer with an Ethernet cable (supplied).
