Delightful apartment, surrounded by greenery, an oasis of peace for those who want to relax after spending a day in the city traffic. Equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Condominium closed by automatic gate, with private parking space. Multiple shops nearby. Just 18 minutes by metro from the city center and 10 minutes from the sea. The space Delightful apartment surrounded by greenery and tranquility, suitable for up to 4 people, equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home, dishwasher, all appliances, from the oven to the toaster, blender, iron; 50 meters divided into a living room with a sofa bed, large, a beautiful double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a separate kitchen, a nice terrace where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest, after visiting our beautiful city. The bathroom is located in the center of the hallway, both the bedroom and the room are equipped with a door, so each of our guests will have the deserved privacy. The condominium, very quiet, has internal and private parking. IMPORTANT: Read the notes for other important information about check-in/out and cleaning, thank you. Guest access The entire home is available for our guests to use. IMPORTANT, READ THE NOTES Other things to note I will be happy to provide breakfast in the house for stays longer than three nights. You will always find coffee, tea, etc. Towels and linen (including kitchen and table linen), an iron and ironing board. Final cleaning €50 up to two guests, €10 for each additional person, to be paid on site For longer periods, after a week, you will be required to pay for one or more final cleanings on site, depending on the number of guests and days. The kitchen is your responsibility: leave it as clean as it was when you arrived, including the sink, stove, and dishes. Otherwise, a fee of €25 will be charged at check-out. Check-in is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. with a tolerance of one and a half hours. It is not a hotel and there is no 24-hour reception. Respect and punctuality are required.
