A private townhouse with outdoor areas and beautiful views awaits you. You will love the large panoramic windows, the selected interior design and the central location in the old town. We have realized our idea of Lisbon's old town here with this old town house. The space You will have an entire house with a large outdoor area - the perfect combination of Portuguese tradition and modern architecture. The house is bright and flooded with light and offers beautiful views. From the open-plan living and kitchen area of the apartment, you can enjoy a large garden terrace, equipped with furniture and gentle lighting for mild Lisbon nights. In the upper area you will find a large bedroom with air-condition, as a suite with directly attached bathroom. The bathroom is finished with black slate tiles, combined with high quality branded chrome fixtures a great contrast. For your convenience there is a large rainforest shower, double sinks and shelves. The apartment has a second bedroom with air conditioning in the lower area, with another bathroom right next to it. The second bathroom in its high quality design corresponds to the first bathroom. The living and dining areas have an equipped kitchen and plenty of space to feel comfortable. In front of the living room with air conditioning, with its large panoramic windows, you will enjoy the private terrace. A staircase takes you to the lower garden area, which is suitable for wonderful sunbathing and lounging. We have incorporated our many years of experience into the careful execution and equipment of this special house. Special highlights are historic Murana walls from Venice, many design classics, as well as finely painted, original family status pictures from Macao. These impress with their high-quality design and fantastic colors. The entire house has been designed and executed from an ecological point of view. A modern solar system on the roof is used for the energy supply. All installed appliances have energy class A+. The energetic classification of the house is also A+. Normal arrival is possible between 2 pm – 10 pm. If the apartment is available you are welcome to check in before 2pm. Upon arrival at the apartment after 10 pm, we kindly ask you to pay €20 late check-in service for your receptionist. You will receive the apartment key upon arrival. Your friendly welcome person will be waiting for you and show you the apartment. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal.
