1.5 miles from Sports at the Beach and Sandhill Fields. Beautiful 2-story colonial home, (SORRY, NO KITCHEN ACCESS) No shared space with host! 3 bedrooms, each w/queen bed, 2 bathrooms (primary has a sm bathroom and Roku TV). 2 living rooms, one w/TV and Roku. Private entrance, self check-in, private space and plenty of parking. Hotel like amenities, great for a family. Several local restaurants. 30 min from Delaware Turf. 20-30 min from the Outlets and DE beaches, 45 min from Ocean City, MD. The space Private entrance, 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sorry NO KITCHEN ACCESS, but a Keurig coffee maker, small refrigerator and microwave are available. (I live in a separate addition on the back of the house. We do not share any space.) Guest access Two living rooms, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, private entrance and totally separate from my living area. Other things to note I got a new puppy in December 2025. It is a hypoallergenic breed, but regardless, is not allowed access to that part of my house.
