Timescape-Jaipur Story(Centrally Located/Pvt Room)

Set in a peaceful, quite neighborhood, yet centrally located (near Anokhi Cafe); You will have your own private Room with attached bathroom and a Balcony. Welcome to my beautiful home. All the action is just a few steps away with cafes, bookstores, boutique stores & pilates studio are amongst many other things. A two bedroom, hall & kitchen you would be sharing the home with me, the tv comes with Netflix & Prime. I live in the other room & i would be Happy to help you with anything Rajasthan :) The space Perfect for single women and couples traveling for work or leisure or long stays. The room is Equipped with WiFi, a double bed with a built in closet, attached bathroom and a balcony with lots of plants where you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or chai. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, fridge, non stick cooking utensils, coffee maker, a soup maker and a complete kitchen solution machine for your cooking. There are some really great cafes and restaurants nearby and you can always order in; i would be happy to help you with that. There is a washer dryer available. For an Extra guest i can provide you with a floor mattress on an extra cost. The cleaner comes at 10 a.m every morning and can clean your room and make your bed, Please help me keep my home as clean as possible as you would be sharing it with me. I often cook and enjoy cooking my own meals and i would be happy to share a home cooked meal with you if time permits. :) Guest access A shared balcony, The living Room and The Kitchen. The tv is equipped with Tata sky, Netflix and Prime Video. I am a Jewelry Designer and own a Beautiful silver Jewellery Store here in Jaipur. Incase if you wish to visit it you can let me know and you can always tag along with me in the mornings when i leave for work. During your stay I will be available personally during check in and check out; but if you need anything or need help around the city i am a phone call away. I leave for work at 11 a.m and come back by 9:30 p.m most days so before and after that i am available in person. I can help you with places to eat, see and shop around and with Art and Culture or just anything Rajasthan. I love traveling and i airbnb myself when traveling to other countries, so having been a guest and now a host i will try and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Note: I travel for work often and how much ever I would love to host sometimes it gets very busy for me to block the dates, please send a message before you book so that I am in town and can check you in for the stay. I would really appreciate it. :) Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor with lift access. There could be a few power cuts during summer but the building has power back up so not to worry. In accordance with Indian law, I will need a copy of your passport and visa for non-indian guests, and a government issued id for indian guests at the time of check in. After you have checked in, i will hand over your set of house keys to you and will be happy to answer your questions if you have any. The cabs (Uber and Ola) are easily available to get around the city but if you need a private car for a day's work i can provide you mine with a driver on an extra charge and depending on the availability; so you can let me know about that in advance. No shoes inside the house, i have provided a shoe rack at the entrance where you can store your outside shoes, inside you can use your flip flops or carpet slippers & if cooking and using the utensils Please wash them after you use them. No Visitors. The check out time is 11 a.m as i leave for work after that and not available. Smoking is allowed but only in the balcony and not inside the apartment.
