Very large and bright bedroom with double bed and comfortable sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV and hairdryer. The room has a large balcony with two chairs and a small table. Also in the same apartment there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, one with two single beds or a double bed, depending on your needs. The space Casa come me is the apartment where I live and where there are some comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers available for guests The furnishings are modern and some of design that have been realized on my project, since I am an architect and designer. The rooms are very spacious and bright as the apartment is on the fifth floor and the buildings around it are lower. All rooms have a comfortable balcony, with two chairs and a small table, from which you can enjoy the view of the characteristic square of the Borgo Vecchio, a popular and folkloristic district of Palermo close to the center. The rooms are equipped with a television with WiFi keyboard connected to the internet, air conditioning, heating, a small fridge, a hair dryer and a USB multi-socket for charging mobile phones or tablets. The apartment is equipped with WiFi internet connection, alarm system, fire alarm system with smoke detectors in all rooms and video surveillance system in the kitchen and entrance. The room has a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, two armchairs and a comfortable sofa bed. Guest access In addition to their own room, guests can freely enjoy the large entrance to the apartment. During your stay I am very willing to socialize with guests if they wish, both to give them information about the city and things to see, but also to talk and discuss pleasantly, perhaps by drinking something together. I am available for the following experiences, with a cost to be agreed according to the number of participants: - cultural guided tours of the city; - mini courses of typical Sicilian cuisine with visits to local popular markets for the purchase of raw materials and tasting of typical street food; - workshop at a craft workshop for the personalized decoration of a "coffa", the typical Sicilian bag made with a weave of leaves of the dwarf palm; Other things to note Check in is from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm Check out is scheduled for 9:30 am For check in after 08:00 pm there is an extra cost of € 15
